Court Reservation Process
The following information must be provided when submitting a reservation request.
a. Name and Contact Information
b. Reservation Date
c. Reservation Time
d. Requested Court Number
e. Reservation Type (Singles, Doubles or Ball Machine)
f. Names of all parties included in the reservation
A pro-shop employee will confirm your reservation in an efficient manner with a phone call or email.

Please be aware that by submitting your information both in-person or through this website your information will be made public, with the express intention of finding a tennis partner. We promise not to misuse this data; however, Amelia National accepts no liability for others’ misuse of this information.

Court Reservation Policies
If there is a maintenance issue on your court, a staff member will move your reservation accordingly.
Courts will be open for reservation starting at 8:00 am, Monday-Sunday. Courts will be shut down for watering and maintenance from 1:00 pm-3:00 pm Monday-Saturday.
Residents/Members may book one morning time slot and one afternoon/evening time slot per day.
Members may not book back to back reservations.
The member that books the court must be present at the time of play, and must include the names of all other players on the court in their reservation request.

Group Reservations
group. All names must be submitted in the reservation request. A member may request to be put on the wait list for an additional court for their group. ANTC staff will notify you 24 hours before the reservation time if there is a third court available for your group.

Reservation Durations
Doubles Reservation: 120 minutes
Singles Reservation: 90 minutes
Ball Machine: 60 minutes
Members may continue play on the reserved court after their reservation if no one is behind them. No shows for a court that is booked will be charged the $15 court fee.

General Court Rules
Guest Fees– The member that books the court is responsible for any guest(s) that are included in the reservation and all guest fees must be paid prior to playing on the court.
Member Tailgating– Any member who brings in a guest without proper notification or payment of guest fees, will be charged $75.00 per infraction. Continuous infractions will result in a suspension of club use or loss of membership.
Inclement Weather– Should the courts be closed due to inclement weather, we will send out an email and update our website page. Residents and Members may not play on any court once they have been shut down by ANTC Staff. In the event of thunder or lightning, the club will be immediately shut down for a minimum of 30 minutes or until ANTC determines thunder or lightning is no longer a risk. During this time, all players must suspend play and evacuate the courts.

Lesson and Clinic Policies
Check-in Procedure– Prior to starting any lesson or clinic the participant must first check in with a pro-shop employee. At this time we will take payment for the lesson or clinic and provide the court assignment. If you have a prepaid package, check in is still required. This is to ensure staff can properly account for all services provided.
Lessons During Non-Staffed Hours-A lesson that is booked with a tennis professional during non-staffed hours must be paid for in advance.
Cancellations– Lessons must be cancelled 24 hours in advance.
Last minute cancellations and no shows will be charged for the lesson.
In the event of an emergency, you can email kobrien@amelianationaltennis.com with a refund request for a cancellation fee.
The courts will be closed Monday-Saturday from 1:00pm-3:00pm for maintenance. Lessons and reservations will not be available during these times.
Please note we will adjust our maintenance schedule to accommodate any league, tournament or social play during this time.
